CLOUD SERVICES FEATURE OVERVIEW
Each machine sends its financial data and all the relevant meters to a cloud based server. All the data is accessible over the web and can be viewed in any web browser. All the data is password protected with a user management system.
The machine meters are grouped into two categories: COMPLETE METERS and GAME METERS. Each category has it's own view.
Each view can be sorted by:
- Casino/Location
- Report mode (daily/monthly)
- Period of report (daily resolution)
The COMPLETE METERS view shows the following data:
- Games played
- Total bet
- Total win
- Total pay in
- Total pay out
- Benefit
The GAME METERS view has an additional option to select a specific game. The following data is shown for each game:

Automatic software update system
Each gaming machine downloads the software updates and any new content automatically when any new updates are available for a specific casino/location. Seen from the machine administrator's standpoint, updating a gaming machine with a new software release is only a matter of a machine restart.
Remote support for gaming machines
When a machine is registered to the JUNIPER cloud service the JUNIPER service team can access the machine remotely and perform all needed service tasks. Remote service enables a quick, low cost response to any trouble on the location, without the need for the expensive and time consuming on-location service sessions.
Remote machine configuration
Remote machine configuration allows the costumer to configure a machine remotely by accessing the machine's configuration form on the web and the machine's local configuration will be automatically updated. This configuration can be changed at any time.
